Research On Social Responsibility Evaluation Of Hg Iron And Steel Company Based On Entropy-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

At present,China's economy is in the stage of three stages of superposition.There are many problems in economic development,such as serious overcapacity,insufficient innovation,increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems,and low resource utilization.These problems have brought greater pressure on overall economic benefits.Therefore,the country has proposed a development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing in the 13 th Five-Year Plan.The development concept requires enterprises to accelerate the development of intelligent manufacturing technology,strengthen the standards of intelligent manufacturing,and strengthen in industrial electronics and core software,and strive to achieve the goal of "Made in China 2025" as soon as possible.Since most of the steel industry is still a traditional development model,this will be a new challenge for the steel industry.The steel industry has contributed a lot to China's economic development,but there are many problems in the development process,such as low-end overcapacity in steel products,insufficient supply of high-end capacity,low industry concentration,and “three highs and one low”."the problems,etc.,make the development of steel companies very difficult.Therefore,the steel industry has undergone structural reforms on the supply side,de-capacity,destocking,and substantially all of the strip steel,and the company's efficiency and industry operations have been improved.However,the pressure on the industrial structure optimization and product structure adjustment of the steel industry is still obvious,and the industry still faces many difficulties.Iron and steel enterprises play an important role in improving the environment,promoting sustainable development,driving employment and stimulating local economic growth and other related social responsibility performance.Therefore,in order to obtain the new development of iron and steel enterprises,it is very important to re-examine the social responsibility of steel enterprises in the context of economic development in the new era.This paper firstly states the current status of HG Steel's industry;then analyzes the implementation of HG Steel's social responsibility and social responsibility information in the current environment;then through the company's problems in the implementation of social responsibility,check HG In recent years,the steel company's social responsibility report,based on the theory of sustainable development and the triple bottom line theory,has established a suitable social responsibility index system for HG Steel Company,using entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as research tools;In order to test the feasibility of the newly constructed indicator system in the actual situation,taking HG as an example,calculate the weight of the social responsibility performance level in 2015-2017 under the entropy method,and then calculate HG Steel Company under the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In 2017,the comprehensive evaluation score of social responsibility was 74.77 points,but the evaluation status of economic responsibility indicators was weak compared with other indicators.The measurement model is more objective than the social responsibility research report,and the model is more suitable for the actual situation of HG enterprises,making the evaluation results more scientific,objective and informative.According to the calculation results and existing problems,the HG steel enterprises have made corresponding suggestions for fulfilling their social responsibilities.
