It is through the protection of behavior subject,behavior to improve revenue protection and so on many kinds of ways,established in the process of ecological resource utilization in a river basin,the losers get corresponding compensation, beneficiaries pay a corresponding loss of the mechanism,is mainly used to adjust the imbalance in the use of ecological resources. In this paper the Dawen River Basin of Tai’an city as an example,in-depth understanding of the basic situation,according to the quality and quantity of the Dawen River Basin across the region,establish the corresponding compensation standard ecological value,economic development indicators, to discuss how to optimize the mechanism for ecological compensation in river basins, the implementation of ecological compensation mechanism better.In recent years,under the protection of government governance and people have consciousness,ecological environment surrounding counties of Dawen River has been significantly improved,the forest coverage rate increased year by year,corresponding sewage treatment facilities are also constantly improve,natural forest protection,water construction,the establishment of multi functional areas of ecological environment the project continues to develop,but the internal problems of the ecological environment still exist. In view of. In view of this this article from the perspective of Dawen river ecological protection,through the analysis of current situation of ecological environment of Dawenhe River Basin and the existing problems,combined with the successful case study on the ecological environment of the river basin of the compensation of ecological resources in Dawenhe River basin ecological compensation mechanism. Specific performance is in line with the internal ecological protection of external cost of thought,from the technical, legal,cost and other aspects provide the basis for the establishment of the ecological compensation standards,at the same time,considering the natural environment factors,social factors,economic factors and human activity factors,summarizes the development trend of the main causes of the problems existing in Dawen River basin ecological environment the problem,as well as the degradation of ecological environment. On the one hand,the ecological benefit as the starting point,to build practical and operational indicators,calculation of ecological and environmental protection to create value,on the other hand the coordination development of the ecological environment as the premise,the composition of the social economy,ecological environment and water resources composite system,constructed the research frame of ecological environment of Dawen River basin.
