Pyrolysis gasoline is one of the important raw material, is the production of aromatic hydrocarbons, but also contains a large number of dienes, single olefin and alkenyl aromatics such as unsaturated component and small amounts of impurities such as sulfur, nitrogen, need to the two rear section of the hydrogenation can be used as aromatics extraction of raw materials. A hydrogenation catalyst palladium catalysts and nickel catalysts, due to the nickel-based catalysts has more excellent ability to resist arsenic, colloid, domestic market share increases quickly nickel-based catalysts in recent years.Alumina as the carrier of Ni- 25 and Ni- 19 nickel-based catalysts is developed by the research of Ni-based catalyst carrier properties, additives kinds, active constituent, ratio of additives and catalyst preparation. And the reduction and activity passivation of the catalyst were studied in detail. The Ni-25 is suit for C6~C8 cut. The Ni-19 is suit for C6~C8 cut and C5~C9 cut. The comprehensive performance of the homemade catalyst is better than imported catalyst.In the daqing petrochemical industrial side device to C6 ~ C8 fraction pyrolysis gasoline as the raw material, working condition of simulated industrial plant, the reaction temperature of 40 ~ 110 oc, pressure is 2.8 MPa, 3.5 h- 1, airspeed hydrogen oil volume in 200, about 25 and Ni Ni- for a 1500 h- 19 catalyst activity and stability, long cycle, and compared with imported catalyst was carried out.Results showed that the activity and stability of homemade catalyst was better than that of imported catalyst under same process conditions. The inlet temperature for homemade catalyst was lower than that of imported catalyst by 10-15 ℃ at similar product index required. The homemade catalyst exhibited better comprehensive performance than imported catalyst,showing a predictable industrial application prospect.The homemade catalyst was applied in 90 KTA unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company. Results showed that the homemade catalyst t has excellent activity and stability, The diene value of hydrogenation products was less than 1.0gI/100 g under the inlet temperature of 60~70℃, flow rate of 10~10.5t/h and the raw material of diene value 21~25gI/100g、arsenic content 20~180ng/g and gum content20~50mg/100 mL. The homemade catalyst t had the same activity and stability with the imported catalyst under same process conditions.
