It describes the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation catalyst for industrial application status and technology development. the pyrolysis gasoline after hydrogenation is an important raw material which production of aromatic hydrocarbons. the single olefin, dienesand alkenyl aromatics component after two hydrogenation as a raw material for the production of aromatic hydrocarbons. Hydrogenation catalyst for process selection period is divided into a palladium-based catalyst and a nickel-based catalyst, since the nickel-based catalyst with stable performance, low cost, not easily inactivation. In recent years it widely used by the large-scale industrial production equipment.At present,the nickel-based catalyst carrier Al2O3 mixed crystal type is widely using, which surface area, pore size, surface acidity and other physical indicators have a greater effect on the stability, activity and anti-coking ability of the catalyst. Increase the amount of nickel content will improve the performance of the catalyst, but high levels both increased distribution costs and the impact of the active ingredient, so it need to verify the optimum amount of the active ingredient. In addition, the distribution of the active substance, the activation temperature, add which additives all affect the performance of the catalyst.This paper focuses on a detailed process of HTC-200 catalyst for industrial applications(including catalyst loading, catalyst drying, catalyst activation, catalyst deactivation, catalyst start). After industrial trial, we have a long period stuy and Calibration of HTC-200 catalyst for industrial application. The results showed that, HTC-200 catalyst has the following characteristics: high selectivity, anti-arsenic, anti-glial better ability to reach a technical agreement with the relevant requirements; The catalyst have good stability, after three years of continuous operation, the catalyst activity showed no decline,and it may continue to be long-term use, also can meet the requirements of a long-term operation, at last it will create lots of economic benefits, with the good promotion prospects.
