Through the two levels of cyclone in series process were studied, analysis the influence of the overflow port exports total output of hydrocyclone, and respectively for three key structural location the port preliminary put forward four kinds of optimization scheme, optimize the diameter annulus flow field structure and two stage summary intersect structure, the two stage summary of nozzle structure and two levels of joint of new structure.Using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method, the Gambit software modeling, Fluent software for numerical simulation analysis, get the original structure of the downhole oil-water separation column in two-stage tandem overflow port flow field, reflected by flow field of unsteady flow field and the influence of the position of the flow structure optimization scheme is put forward. Four kinds of optimization scheme comparing simulation results with the original structure of the flow path, adopt the local structure change and the law of the other parameters remains the same, analyzes the structure are optimized yield efficiency and quality of oil phase fraction and velocity distribution of flow field. To verify that the scheme is feasible.At present, few articles research on the influence of downhole oil-water separation at domestic and foreign.Ever to improve oil-water cyclone separation effect is considered part of the design, after separation, the liquid flow is ignored in the process of port transfer may cause the stranded, difficult to collect, such as flow problem, therefore, this article focuses on liquid flow through the cyclone overflow pipe after discharge, the structure of the flow channel layout of the influence of the flow; And try the laval nozzle structure used in the downhole oil-water separation column within the port. The results show that the optimal scheme of four has three solutions in the improved flow channel flow field is more stable, better flow, help to improve the output of crude oil. Through further parameter optimization, is expected to achieve better results.
