Production engineering work is to realize the reservoir management and target the core activities,production process technology supporting level and management level is directly related to the oil field development level,mechanical oil production is the comprehensive embodiment of the work level of oil production engineering.Beam pumping unit,although because of its simple structure and easy operation and maintenance in oilfield production has been widely adopted,but also because of its intrinsic geometric structure characteristics and cause the system efficiency and the pump efficiency is low,the sucker rod and the gear load fluctuation,rod end for negative stress too big and partial wear serious,the other is low and the liquid hammer is also very widespread,aggravate rod fatigue failure.Aiming at this problem,this paper improves the wellbore stress environment,improve the wellbore fluid environment as the core,solving corrosion scaling and eccentric wear as the basis,to extend the life of the system and system efficiency as an objective study:respectively on pumping unit system system life(ground life and wellbore life)and system efficiency research,clarify the main factors;study of beam pumping unit motion and dynamic characteristic,pointed out the existing problems;study of motor variable speed motion of the beam pumping unit operation effect,multi-index optimization pumping parameters of production;study of rod tube anti-wear technology as well as the rod pump anti-corrosion technology.
