Decompression tower is widely used unit operation equipment in petrochemical industry. Pump is more widely used power equipment in the production of chemical, it is like the heart of the people to provides a steady stream of "blood" for chemical production process line, such as all kinds of chemical medium and raw material. Centrifugal pump has been more used in the chemical industry because of its simple structure, uniform flow, low operation cost, low maintenance workload, etc. Line carries all kinds of medium, the raw material to various devices for different process like blood vessels of the body, and eventually produce products we need. Line is a bridge connecting all kinds of chemical equipment and pipeline mediation. Stress analysis of the pump import and export of piping is very necessary in order to ensure the safety of chemical production, normal operation. The rapid development of the chemical industry also lets piping stress analysis to gain more and more attention. At the same time, the rapid development of computer provide strong support for piping stress analysis. Stress analysis of imports and exports of pumping decompression bottom piping provides data support for actual safety in the chemical industry production which is the trend of the current social development and the industrial production.In this paper, Stress analysis was carried out on the import and export pipeline of the decompression bottom centrifugal pump by pipe stress analysis software CAESAR Ⅱ 2013 R1. Then we adjust and modify the place where is stressed out and piping flexibility is insufficient to get a better design finally after comparing with standard specification. Getting factors affecting decompression bottom pump import and export pipeline stress by changing the temperature and pressure of the pipeline and so on, to provide rich data support and theoretical guidance for the simulation optimization of chemical production, design development. This paper main work and conclusions of the study:(1) Being summarized the development of basic theory, stress analysis, purpose, significance, etc. in terms of piping stress analysis of predecessors and expounded the development of both at home and abroad in terms of piping stress analysis provide strong theoretical support for decompression bottom pump import and export pipeline stress analysis in this paper.(2) We combines previous theoretical foundation knowledge to establish a stress analysis numerical model of decompression bottom import and export pipeline of the pump, then we get a better design by physical model of import and export of decompression bottom pump line, numerical simulation, analysis, and modify.(3) In this paper, we studied the effects of temperature and pressure on decompression tower bottom pump inlet and outlet pipe stress.
