With the development of automobile and aviation industry,higher and higher requirements are put forward for the quality of common car tires and aviation tires.The vulcanization process is the most important part of tire production process.The performance of vulcanization equipment directly determines the uniformity and dynamic balance performance of finished tire.However,the internal mold of step type direct pressure vulcanization only stays in the theoretical stage,and does not carry out the actual equipment research and development and industrial application.Therefore,in order to realize the industrialization of direct pressure vulcanization process,it is necessary to optimize the structure design of the internal mold of step type direct pressure vulcanization,and test the strength and reliability.The research content of this paper is based on the proposed structure of ladder type direct pressure vulcanization inner mold.Combined with the key research and development plan of Shandong Province,the intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment of full electromagnetic induction heating direct pressure vulcanization for ultra-high performance tire are designed and optimized,and the structural inspection,strength check and fatigue life analysis are carried out.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In this paper,the internal mold structure of step type direct pressure vulcanization mentioned in high performance tire direct pressure vulcanization technology is combined with the project requirements.Firstly,the internal mold structure of step type direct pressure vulcanization is improved on the basis of the original internal mold structure,which improves the stability of the motion mechanism and strengthens the structural strength of the main stressed parts.According to the requirements of the project,the inner mold of step type direct pressure vulcanization for 225/40r18 tire was designed.Firstly,the parameters of each key dimension of the inner mold of step type direct pressure vulcanization were calculated,including split tile angle,cut tile angle,storage tile angle and drum tile radial displacement.After the calculation of key dimensions,UG software was used to establish the 3D physical model of the inner mold of the step type direct pressure vulcanization.(2)The kinematics simulation module of UG software is used to analyze the kinematics of the inner die.The motion mode of the inner die is determined by setting the connecting rod,the motion pair and the driving step function.The results of the key point motion analysis show that the new design of the inner die mechanism is smooth and smooth in the process of motion without interference.(3)Based on the analysis of the inner die stress in the direct pressure vulcanization process,the three-dimensional physical model of the stepped direct pressure vulcanization inner die is simplified and imported into ABAQUS finite element simulation software.The mechanical strength of the newly designed inner die structure is simulated and analyzed by giving material properties,meshing,setting analysis steps and boundary conditions.(4)In order to explore the fatigue life of ladder type direct pressure vulcanization inner die,HyperMesh software is used to mesh the whole structure of inner die,and ncode DesignLife fatigue life analysis software is used to analyze its fatigue life.The fatigue life is estimated by combining the analysis results with the actual working conditions of inner die,and its industrial application value is determined.
