Plant regulation technology, a significant breakthrough in agriculture after the application of chemistry fertilization, is able to control plant growth for catering to people's demands through a small amount of chemical agent. Grain is th problem of the greatest importance in China, which is a large agricultural country, so this technology gains its realistic significance for Chinese sustainable development in agriculture.The cytokinin plant growth regulator is a kind of promotion phytohormone capable of promoting the vegetable segmentation and cytometaplasia, delaying the leaf blade senescence, promoting lateral bud growth, breaking the apical dominance, inducing the cure of the injured plant organization, differentiating the organs and promoting chloroplast growth and synthesis.In order to find a better cell division element, based on predecessor's findings the article approves that geraniol and farnesol reacted with adenine and hypoxanthine respectively in line with activity splice can afford eight kinds of compounds which had not been reported in the document. The structure of these compounds is confirmed by IR , 1HMR and MR, and moreover, the article discusses and analyzes the spectrum features of theses compounds. Cytokinins activeness is determined by the method of cotyledon weight method in radish. At the same time, the reaction time, the reaction temperature, the allocated proportion are selected using optimization experiment of compound I,II,V and VI with biological activity, so that the best reaction condition i$ confirmed.The results indicated that:①IR demonstrated that, about 2900 cm-1, 1620 cm-1 and 1600-1500 cm-1 has the geraniol and farnesol on CH3 and CH2, the duplet bond and the adenine link C=N absorption peak; The 1H-NMR data display betweenδ1.5~2.2 andδ5.0~6.0;δ5.0~6.0 has the fragrant leaf base characteristic peak (methyl, methyl radical, with duplet bond), in aboutδ8.0 has two groups of peaks, is on the adenine link hydrogen atom peak; MS demonstrated all compound the molecule-ion peak and the predicted value of target compound. The structural formula of product I -VIII as follows shows:②Compound I,II,V and VI have sytokinins activeness, the active level is the D level. Compound III,IV,VII and VIII does not have cytokinins activeness.③To compound I and II, the best condition of reaction: the reaction temperature for 70~80℃;the reaction time is 6~7h, the reactant allocated proportion is 1:2.2 and 1:3.3; To compound V and VI,the best condition of reaction: the reaction temperature for 80~90℃;the reaction time is 6~7h, the reactant allocated proportion is 1:1.1 and 1:2.2.In all, it is demonstrated that the 9- substituted adenine-type derivatives have biological activity through the synthesis, confirmation and activity test of these compounds. They provide a new way for the new plant growth regulator research anddevelopment.
