Flax fiber is a senior jute spinning raw material, its natural spindle structure and unique pectic substance hypotenuse hole, given its good air permeability, moisture absorption perspiration, customs may just as well. Flax fiber impurity content is high, stiff, poor spinnability, and its high crystallinity, orientation degree, combined with the fiber containing impurities such as lignin, hemicellulose content is higher, not only increase the difficulty of the pretreatment, causes each group bonding force between the molecules are saturated and fiber dissolve difficulties, small deformation, dye penetrant difficult when dyeing and the bad influence of dyeing rate is low. This topic selection of flax fiber as raw material, on the basis of the conventional pretreatment, the laboratory has developed a new type of fertilizer DS,the pretreatme nt process more concise, processing condition was more moderate, lower production cost, in order to achieve in improving flax fiber all aspects of quality at the same time have a good pretreatment effect. Main contents include: discuss the properties and me chanism of new assistant DS.In alkali scouring phase, sodium hydroxide is discuss ed through single factor variable test, soda ash, sodium phosphate polymer, treatment te mperature and treatment time on the role of alkali scouring and through the whiteness of flax fiber and lignin content, pectin content index comparison, determine the optim um parameters of alkali scouring; In the chlorine bleaching stage, discusses the sodiu m hypochlorite, p H value, the role of treatment temperature and treatment time in chl orine bleaching and determine the optimum process parameters of the chlorine bleachi ng; In oxygen bleaching stages, and discusses the hydrogen peroxide, Na OH, treatme nt temperature and treatment time on the role of oxygen bleaching and oxygen bleach ing is determined the optimal technological parameters; In the end, it is concluded that the optimal linen pretreatment process for: naoh in the alkali scouring 5.0 g/L, soda ash, 2.0 g/L, 2 g/L sodium phosphate, polymer surfactant DS 1.0 g/L, the temperature of 98°C, 60 min time, liquor ratio 10:1; Chlorine bleaching of sodium hypochlorite(efficient) 3.0 g/L,surfactant DS 1.0 g/L, CH3 COOH adjust p H value of 4 to 5, 30°C temperature, 40 min time, liquor ratio 10:1; Oxygen bleaching with 30% hydrogen peroxide 5.0 g/L, 2g/L sodium hydroxide, surfactant DS 1.0 g/L, the temperature of 98°C, 60 min time, liquor ratio10:1. By scanning electron microscope observation of the fiber surface after compariso n before and after processing before the treatment and surface changes of flax fiber an d pectin qualitative to remove; By XRD test comparison before and after the pret reat ment of flax fiber crystallinity, orientation degree changes; Lignin, pectin content see pre-treatment tests after the removal of impuritiesin the flax fiber. At the same time, the before and after the pretreatment of flax fiber dyed with reactive dyes, dyein gpe rcentage, fixation rate and K/S value and rubbing fastness of the dye after fiber as an index, compared to before the change of the flax fiber dyeing performance before and after processing.
