Study On High Titanium Slag Under Temperature Melting State

As an industrial waste, slag and other issues become a major scientific problems which were facing the development of realistic and need to be resolved because of this characters such as generating capacity, occupy farmland,pollution of rivers, high processing costs, resource utilization is low. The problem has been the focus of the study by Chinese scientists, But there was no significant results so far.In this paper, the method for preparing modification high titanium slag by addation amounts of Ca O in molten state at high temperature,and the influence on the viscosity and activity index with different content of Ca O,then test the activity index of the modification high titanium slag and the photocatalytic performance of it and the cement paste with it.secondly, adding different content of mineralizer(such as Ca F2 and Mg O etc) to decreased melting point and viscosity of the slag, then test the activity index of the modification high titanium slag and the photocatalytic performance of it and the cement paste with it.The test results show that, it is feasible to modification high titanium slag by addation high content of Ca O.The activity index of the modification high titanium slag was much more better than the high titanium slag.The activity index at 28 d was 72.8%, the viscosity and melting point was too high while slag have high content of Ca O.The test results show that, it is feasible to decreased melting point and viscosity of the modification high titanium slag by addation Ca F2.The viscosity of modification high titanium slag was obvious decreased while the content of Ca F2 above 1.5%. The activity index of modification high titanium slag at 28 d was 69.2%.The early activity of modification high titanium slag was obvious decreased,the hydration induction period was prolonged, the later strength haven’t obvious difference of modification high titanium slag include Ca F2 or not. The test results show that, it is infeasible to decreased melting point and viscosity of the modification high titanium slag by addation Mg O,not only activity but also strength of modification high titanium slag have not obvious improve.This paper exploration the influence on activity index by burning system, optimum formula, viscosity.And micro-analysis was examined by XRD, TAM,SEM and EDS.The test results show that, the activity index of modification high titanium slag was obvious improve,include both of ealer and later strength.
