For the carbon tax issues in the auto industry, the current two kinds of carbon emission reduction policy, the carbon tax and carbon trading are discussed and compared, and the analysis of the current foreign countries have in the implementation of the automobile carbon tax levy, and put forward a set of China’s carbon tax levy.
