Along with the development of social economy, people’s life style, aesthetic and cultural concept, great changes have taken place in people is not a simple cover up to the requirement of clothing, warm, and more pursuit is enough to reflect personal aesthetic and more the product of individual character, although many companies now advocating people-oriented, yet without a better path for designers to understand the target consumers emotional appeal, designers can only by imitating or purely personal aesthetic Angle to design the product, as interpreted by the eventually led to the design of the product and target consumer demand is not necessarily the same, also exists in a suit on the market the bridging the inconsistent problem of the design and requirements. It is in this industry background, looking for a can effectively solve the above problem is necessary to the design of the path.This paper with clothing modelling outline for the study of the carrier, to semiotics, semantics, cultural, perceptual engineering theory as the theoretical basis, such as modelling outline of men’s suit consumer sensibility analysis, the moral building suits construction elements and the outline of the relationship between perceptual evaluation. Thesis research work mainly from the following four parts:First, by reading literature, clear the suit modelling outline research present situation and the thesis involves theory and methods in other fields of research status quo, to determine the feasibility of this topic research.Second, through the network, magazines in the domestic high-grade fashion business suit samples selected from the men’s wear brand, and classifying the selected samples according to the outline shape, finally find out the representative samples of each type of perceptual image survey experiment samples.Third, from the perspective of clothing semantic, collect suit emotional adjectives, and establish the semantic space. Based on the above form of semantic space suit and related experimental samples, through the data analysis, get the following two conclusions: one is the experimental results of people to suit the brand concept of image and dress comparison analysis; On the other hand is to the clothing style and suit relationship between profile type are discussed.Fourth, through the analysis of the form to suit the modelling outline, a table for suit profile type elements, and the profile type elements associated with semantic space between experiment, to obtain a single shape elements of progressive change to suit profile type perceptual evaluation, and find out the different shape elements within the construction scale and parameters, and finally summed up the outline of the structure of the building suit design method and the method for structural design practice.
