| Die casting pouring system design is an important part of the design process of die casting die,the rationality of die casting pouring system design directly related to product quality and service life.With the rapid development of technology of die casting die design,computer aided design began to seep into the die design field,and gradually become an essential auxiliary technology.At present,many kinds of three-dimensional CAD design the software has been widely used in the modeling of die design,but there is some problem in the manual modeling like low standard deviation because of the lack of professional guidance.Aiming at the above problems,the general knowledge of die casting mould pouring system design was summarized and the concept on the basis of die pouring semantic unit was introduced.The module involved in the process of pouring was distinguished by semantic classification;the die casting system modeling method based on semantic was proposed to unify the geometric information and the design intent and to minimize the random variation and deviation of design information as far as possible.First of all,the definition of pouring semantic unit and structure style was given and the die casting system modeling method based on semantic was proposed based on the knowledge of die casting system.Then the design of the semantic was realized on the platform of UG and the system development process as well as the module design scheme and secondary development were introduced by using the method mentioned.Secondly,a detailed discussion on the design process of semantic element in the system was made,moreover the relevant algorithms and design ideas were given after the discussion.Three-dimensional parameters required for accurate modeling were derivated by two-dimensional parameters on curved surface.The die casting system modeling method based on semantic was proposed in the article.The example analysis shows that this method can make designers edit runner features from semantic layer visual,standardize modeling steps and drive the implementation model by calling the modified interface.It has good accuracy,high efficiency and wide adaptability when deal with complex die casting die design,and also can shorten the development cycle effectively. |
