Cashmere is rare special animal fiber, is internationally known as "soft gold", is by far the most superior textile fiber materials. However, the fineness of fine, short length, poor strength, the sensitivity to acid, alkaline conditions and other characteristics bring a lot of adverse effects on spinning. For example, in Ningxia Cashmere Industry Co., the problem of frequent winding roller appeared in worsted cashmere production lines of color stripe domesticated hen and yarn, worsted equipment functioned barely in jog mode, so it made the yarn poor performance and time-consuming,seriously affected the quality and efficiency of worsted, and caused great economic losses to the factory. After analysis, I think the main cause of the fiber wrapped rolls around Rolla around the spinning process are below: First, in the bleaching and dyeing process, the fiber has been seriously damaged, particularly the surface morphology is particularly serious damaged; Second, the fiber surface resistance is large, poor electrical conductivity in the spinning process is easy to produce static electricity; third, the larger fiber friction coefficient between the fiber and the fiber, between the fiber and the device is easy to produce tangled. The Micro-suspension Dyeing technology was been used to solve the problems above in the study. Firstly, the Micro-suspension Dyeing technology has low temperature, short time, less post-treatment process and other advantages, substantially reduces the damage of fiber in bleaching, dyeing and other heat process; secondly, micro suspension aids with the dye to form aggregates, the equivalent of surfactant molecules adsorbed macromolecules micro fiber surface outwardly hydrophilic group, the hydrophobic group facing inward, so cashmere fiber can absorb the environment water, to form a conductive layer, reducing the fiber surface resistance; Finally, the micro-suspension aids-dye aggregates adsorb on the fiber surface, reducing the friction coefficient between the fiber and the fiber, between the fiber and the water.Through the mechanism and dynamic of Micro-suspension Dyeing, comparing with the traditional dyeing process, the low temperature phase advanced, dyeing rate constants and diffusion coefficients were higher, half-dyeing time shortened, so that the dye micro suspension in a short time rapidly and uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the fibers, the damage of fibers was been reduced in the dyeing process, fiber strength and length werebeeen increased, was good for the spinning, and relieved the problem of winding roller. The test of single-strength, length, surface resistance, the fiber surface friction coefficient, scanning electron microscopy of samples test analysis shown that, comparing with the traditional dyeing process, low temperature Micro-suspension Dyeing in the dyeing process effectively protected the fiber, reduced the fiber surface resistance and friction coefficient, providing excellent performance "raw material" for subsequent worsted production, but also laying a solid foundation to solve the above problems appearing in worsted cashmere production line.Through test analysis of the different physical and chemical indicators during each stage of worsted yarn, breaking strength, strength, evenness Uniformity coefficient of variation, uniformity, detail, slub, neps, hairiness and other indicators of yarn spun by the fiber with Micro-suspension Dyeing, met the production requirements, and were significantly better than the traditional process, and yarn around Laura and other issues did not appear in the process of worsted cashmere.
