| With the growing requirement for high quality cashmere in the market, the cashmere industry have to use the small batch dyeing equipment and the small technology, and the skein dyeing technology is one kind of these. There are many problems in the skein dyeing,such as the yarn damaging seriously, the force droping obviously, the dyes dyeing difficultly, color being not bright and so on.These influence strongly quality of the yarn. The influence factor not only involves selecting the dyes,auxiliaries, and determining the dyeing technological conditions:liquor ratio,pH, temperature,time, but also has the close relationship with the science management and technology fulfiling exactly. Linking to Erdos’s production reality, this paper studies to dye the cashmere skein with the economical and reactive dyes substituting medium dyes, and carry on the opposite experiment between Kieralon OL and DaAiwom in the pretreatmenting stage. Adding Basolan AS-A, wool protecting agent WSM, smooth anti-creasing agent Primasol JET, wool non-aldehyde fixing agent ECO and Basolan F in the dyeing process,this paper analysis the dyeing property and the influence on the dyeing yarn quality, and determines the optimal dosage.The results show that Lanasol CE dyes can substitute the medium dye to dye three kind of colors:red, yellow, blue; and The clausol dyes can substitute the medium dye to dye black and dark. In the base of the present dyeing technology,the study determined the dose of the dyeing auxiliaries:2% Kieralon OL in the pretreatmenting stage;Basolan AS-A, wool protecting agent WSM, smooth and anti-creasing agent Primasol JET respectively being 2%, 2%, 3%in the dyeing stage;In the post-treatment stage, 3% Basolan F is most effective in the Lanasol CE dyes dyeing, 2% Basolan F is most effective in the clausol dyes dyeing. This dyeing technology can be used to product to improve the cashmere dyeing property, the dyeing-yarn quality and quality of the cashmere skein dyeing. |
