As the market concerns about animal wool fiber and the increasingly high demand for high-grade worsted fabrics,wool products no longer meet people's needs.Seeking alternatives of wool and cashmere becomes an important task of the textile industry.Yak cashmere and camel cashmere as natural protein animal fiber,their blended fabric are favored by consumers because of warmth,light and satisfied price.In this paper,the performance of yak cashmere and camel cashmere were studied,such as felt shrinkage,decolorization,dyeing,and blended fabric.Try to provide technical parameters and reference for the development of high-grade textile fabrics.The topic mainly completed the following several aspects:Firstly,study on felt shrinkage performance of yak cashmere and camel cashmere.DCCA and pro-tease and were used to treat Yak cashmere and camel cashmere,The surface morphology of fiber tested by SEM,friction coefficient,strength,whiteness and fabric shrinkage were studied.Try to provide a reference for the wool textile factory to deal with yak cashmere and camel cashmere.The results showed that black yak cashmere and camel cashmere which were treated by DCCA and pro-tease have a good felt shrinkage effect.After treated by DCCA and pro-tease,the friction coefficient of black yak cashmere was the smallest,and anti-shrink effect is best.The anti-shrink effect of black yak cashmere and camel cashmere is better when treated by DCCA and pro-tease.Green yak cashmere have a better anti-shrink effect when using DCCA.Secondly,study on decolorization performance of yak cashmere and Camel cashmere.The decolorization of black yak cashmere,green yak cashmere and Camel cashmere which have been treated by DCCA was studied.By comparing fiber strength and whiteness of yak cashmere and camel cashmere before and after decolorization,the optimal conditions were obtained.The result shows that camel cashmere has the best decolorization performance of these three kinds of fiber,followed by green yak cashmere and black cashmere.In the decolorization test,the influence of temperature on the strength and whiteness of the fiber is significant.The decolorization temperature selected to treat these three kinds of fiber should be lower than 70 ?.Because whenthe temperature is over 70 ?,the solvent inside the fibers began to attack the keratin prion structure,resulting in serious damage of fiber flake structure and the low strength.Then,study on dyeing performance of yak cashmere and camel cashmere.The yak cashmere and camel cashmere were dyed by using red lannan active dyes at low temperature after decolorization.By comparing the fiber strength,K/S value and fiber friction coefficient before and after dyeing to find out the optimal dyeing temperature,time and the amount of sodium carbonate.The results showed that When the yak cashmere of dyeing temperature is 55 ?,the dyeing time is60 min and the amount of sodium carbonate is 15 g/L,the camel cashmere of dyeing temperature is 55 ?,the dyeing time is 90 min and the amount of sodium carbonate is 15 g/L,After the stained camel cashmere and yak cashmere fiber apparent color K/S value is high,washable rubbing fastness,dyeing evenly.Finally,study on the properties of blended fabrics of yak cashmere and camel cashmere.Using different blending ratio of yak cashmere/silk/wool,camel cashmere/silk/wool blended yarn to make fabrics.To investigate the effects of different blending ratio on the properties of fabrics,such as thermal insulation,roof breaking and air permeability.The results showed that with the increase of wool content,the strength of blended fabric was increased,the permeability was decreased and the warmth was increased.The blended yak cashmere and camel cashmere fabric with a good shiny,high strength,good warmth.Yak cashmere and Camel cashmere can be used to develop fabrics with excellent performance.
