With the further development of the manufacturing, the more and more sewage is discharged into the environment, threatening people’s physical and mental health. Thus, to accelerate the implementation of sewage disposal project is becoming urgent. Nowadays, the PLC system in industrial sewage disposal, by virtue of high application value and great contribution to industrial development, is being a hot topic in the applied technology research. This study, starting with analyzing the PLC system of industrial sewage deposal of economic development zone in Weixian, Hebei Province, aims to develop an efficient PLC system to meet the local requirements on sewage treatment. By comprehensive study of sewage treatment process, we brought forward a new scheme for the automatic control system of waste water disposal, that is, PLC with programmable control units. We performed hardware configure and software programming. The former included the selection of PLC type and the configure of expanded model. The latter consisted of the control program about digital signals and the representative parameters of treatment process like resolution oxygen,pH value and PID arithmetic. Based on these, the sewage disposal treatment can designed into a system of distribution control and central management, leading to achieve the energy-saving development. We concluded the develop course of the upper computer’s synthetic applied procedure, and further discussed the structure and method of the PLC net communication according to the feature of PLC control system. The communication link between the upper computer and PLC was successfully achieved. Consequently, the PLC system realized the dynamic supervision on the equipment and process of waste water treatment, including dynamic display of technical process, acquisition of real time data. Through project benefit evaluation, the project generated both good environmental benefits and great social benefits. Besides, the design study can also be a reference to other industrial sewage treatment plants with the similar situation.
