VOCs and odor pollution problems which are increasingly prominent have become a major source of PM2.5. Pharmaceutical and chemical industry is a major source of emissions of VOCs and odor pollutants, and a comprehensive understanding of the typical pharmaceutical and chemical industry park features has the vital significance to the effective control of VOCs and odor pollution. Investigation on the surrounding regional environment of typical Pharmaceutical and chemical industry in Shijiazhuang City, research the environment survey of key enterprise zones, understand the production of key enterprises. Reasonable layout of sampling sites, collect samples in the boundary of enterprises and in the environment receptor samples through scientific monitoring and analysis method and then get comprehensive data.The VOCs and odor pollution characteristic is derived for the surrounding of the pharmaceutical industry. Then established the component library of environment receptor, discussed the relationship between emissions of enterprises and environment receptor.1. Set up 51 sampling sites at boundary of 8 typical pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises and environment receptor, 7739 monitoring data was obtained. The VOCs and odor pollutants are qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively detected by air pre-concentration and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.2. Research the VOCs and odorous pollutants characteristics of pharmaceutical and chemical industrys and component spectrum of environment receptor, the results show: High VOCs content in receptor components mainly concentrated in aromatic hydrocarbons and oxygenated compounds. Among them, the highest component content is butyl acetate, 9.5%; toluene, followed by 9.4%, showing a significant impact in Shijiazhuang City, the important components of environment pollution group is butyl acetate and toluene. Alkanes and alkenes, Content of C3-C5 components is higher; in Halogenated hydrocarbons, the highest group is methylene chloride, 5%. Sulfide content is very low.3. Using cluster analysis method to study the data of pollution emission enterprises and environmenta receptor, the results show: source B, C, E and G, is the impact of the larger source of Environmental receptor. Among them, toluene and dichloromethane emissioned by source B, rresulting in higher contents of these two components in receptor. Meanwhile source E, D and C, emission VOCs C3-C5 components, also have a certain impact on the environment.The detecting of athyl acetate and butyl acetate in receptor is the result of exhaust emissions to the environment after mixing by multiple source.
