China is a big manufacturing country, but few enterprises have technology innovations in production, instead they innovate products basing on imitating or copy others. According to the problem that the production cycle is too long, which local machine processing enterprises met in complex curved surface processing, surface designing and products processing, built a products to products production line by the help of CAD/CAM, realized the enterprise digital virtual manufacturing process,this paper puts forward efficient processing technology of CNC milling, based on CAD/CAM.This paper firstly introduces the basic connotation of complex surface machining, and analyzes the development of cutting tool technology of complex surface as well as high Efficiency CNC machining technology of complex curved surface based on the concept of high speed machining. It also analyzes the basic principle of complex curved surface’s data acquisition, commonly used methods for the data processing of products. In this paper, we summarized Methods of measurement data processing and data selection principle, talked about using the common surface to reconstruct NURBS surface and the basic theory and method of surface reconstruction,It reanalyzes the general process of the complex surface CNC five axis machining, the general method of tool path, and the related high-speed processing machine tool technology for achieving high efficiency of complex surface machining technology, connecting technology and high performance, high speed machining programming and related auxiliary process. Combined with the actual machine tool processing equipment in enterprises, it puts forward the high speed machining technology based on enterprises’ equipment. Reconstruct surface by UG8.5, modeling the complex surface of impeller and forming the curved surface. The theory of complex surface machining technology is applied in practice, reanalyzes the Impeller surface in five-axis machining tool path generation method, and analyzed the non-linear error of multi-axis nc machining, through the modified UG8.5 technical parameters in the tool path planning, optimization of tool path.Finally using UG8.5 to analyse the tool path of complex surface of impeller, combining the theory of efficient processing, reasonably matching the cutting parameters, planning the curved surface machining path, through the rear UG8.5 processing to generate NC code, combined with the enterprise practice, using VERICUT software simulated modeling of NC machine tools and optimize the NC program, the generated NC code simulation, and the qualified products produced by the machine tool processing experimental verification.
