Structural Optimization Design Of An Overall Rubber Track Vulcanized Clamping Device

Conventional rubber crawler vulcanizing machine produce basic vulcanization of the rubber band in many step, it can’t avoid the secondary cure process of the rubber crawler in the vulcanization curing joint, since the joint performance of the entire rubber crawler is weak, which directly affects the entire track application performance. The paper designed the overall rubber tracts vulcanization equipment ’ vulcanization process and Vulcanized clamping device to fulfill the rubber tracts overall sulfide.In this paper, the main research content includes the following several aspects:(1) The paper mainly refers the existing curing equipment and technology at home and abroad, in combination with the large tire vulcanization technology and equipment at home and abroad, on this basis, developed a new curing technology and equipment.(2) Combine with the rubber tracks product performance characteristics and embryonic molding process, study the vulcanization molding process, vulcanization molding equipment, control system, etc.(3) By using the circular split design theory, so the mold could be able to opened, also can produce self-locking function, and meet the requirement of the mold’ deformation.(4) In order to implement the production process requirement and accuracy requirement, I design the clamping mechanism mold 、 subject guide bracket clamping 、center clamping structure.(5) Use the ANSYS Workbench multi-objective optimization principle, and get the equipment base and oil cylinder bracket’ optimization parameters, to improve the equipment state of stress and strain, thereby improving the equipment’ clamping precision.
