With the sustainable development of economy, market economy has been developed into a buyer’s market, and meeting consumer demand has become the basis for the business to open up markets. In the garment industry, people’s demand for clothing, especially for women’s dress, has a growing tendency to niche and personalized. The interactive design work of professional female suit coat is studied in the paper in order to meet customer demand for personalized business wear.A large number of professional female suit figures were collected in this paper for the summary analysis of the common styling of the professional female suit jacket. The clothing parts are analyzed in detailed for the change of the characteristic elements and applicable occasions of each element, and the clothing parts are modular, greatly improving the efficiency of professional female suit jacket design customization. The commonly used color of the professional female suit jacket is also summarized in the paper, and 15 kinds of commonly used colors and fabrics are available for the user’s option in the customization. The interactive genetic algorithm is chosen for the implement of the personalized customization of the professional female suit, and the component element, fabric and color of the professional female suit jacket are coded and keyword matched in the process. The interactive genetic algorithm takes the effect of user’s subjective factors such as preferences, emotional and psychology on the process of evolution into account and the user’s evaluation as the basis of the process of evolution, do the “user-centric”.The main conclusions have been summarized in the dissertation, and further research direction was also discussed in the end.
