The design of clothing structure is an important link in shaping the beauty of appearance and creating the beauty of structure. In the structural design of woman's suit, the amount of relaxation will directly affect the shape of the outer contour of the garment. The structure will also directly affect the quality of clothing. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the relationship between the styling characteristics of woman's suits and the amount of relaxation in the structural design.Firstly,we collect the published information about the pattern of woman's suits at home and abroad, and classify them according to the outline of woman's suits. Then we use the technology of garment CAD to calibrate the collected patterns, collect the data of structural design, and establish the database. Then according to the design distribution of the loose quantity front and back clothes, the influence of the loose quantity distribution of the front and back clothes on the deviation of the side seam was studied by the method of sample clothing experiment. Finally,by analyzing and summarizing the law that the loose weight of the garment and the side seam deviate from the human body,a new method of designing the loose quantity of the female suit structure based on the human body shape and the balance of the garment body is obtained. This method is based on science, reasonable and quantitative balance of design of woman's suit body, and systematizes the empirical method of plate making. The regularity provides certain guiding and important practical significance for the scientific making of woman's suits, and also provides a quantitative and intelligent research for the structural design of woman's suits provide the foundation.
