Around the PAEs of due to the use of plastic products in liquor production process, and the PAEs is carcinogenic and teratogenic, contact environment simulation liquor conveying, storage and transportation process and plastic products and process, exploring the adjacent benzene two formic acid esters in the migration process and temperature, contact material and the relationship between the degree of alcohol. The purpose of the study is to explore a plasticizer migration plastic contact liquor laws of the process; two is of great significance in prevention of quality safety of liquor production enterprises, can theoretically do risk control analysis and key control points; the three is of significance for ensuring food safety. The research method is the liquor solution of different concentration were placed in different kinds of plastic containers, set different storage temperature respectively, simulation liquor contact plastics environment, with contact time as the factors of change, plasticizer content was detected regularly in liquor. Test GC-MS is selected as the inspection method inspection of phthalic acid esters of two. Through the single factor experiment, to determine the temperature is high, the phthalate acid esters two migration speed faster, the greater the amount of migration; in PET, PC and HDPE three kinds of plastic material, PET material contact liquor more easily migrate out of phthalic acid esters in two more; alcohol degrees higher, contact plastic time is longer, the phthalate acid esters two migration out of the more, this paper examines the effects of alcohol concentration, temperature, plastic material and contact time four factors and migration capacity of DBP, through orthogonal experiment, obtained four factors affecting DBP migration is the largest volume of plastic material, followed by the alcohol concentration. Effect of temperature, the worst is the contact time.
