Therefore, introducing virtual simulation is a necessary and reliable means of, similarly to the monocrystalline silicon production line efficiency being of great significance.Modeling method based on discrete event, the paper studies on the method of monocrystalline silicon production line simulation and optimization, and constructing the evaluation index system of production line simulation. Using the ExtendSim software, and putting to use hierarchical modeling method, the paper summarizes the modeling elements according to the characteristics of ExtendSim, and structures the monocrystalline silicon production lines for overall simulation, compared with the actual production. The simulation model is to be evaluated and analyzed. Through the evaluation index system, the paper analyzes the existing bottleneck link in the production line, and put forward to optimize production cycle of improvement scheme and improvement of inspection process section in the production line. Finally, the improved scheme is to be evaluated in a simulation model.The results show that the accuracy of the ExtendSim monocrystalline silicon production line based on simulation model, the reasonableness of the analysis and evaluation, the feasibility of the improved scheme optimization design. The research results can provide reference and data support for decision making, having the reference significance.
