Structure Design Of Edible Betel Nut Cutting Machine

This design is a new type of edible betel nut automatic cutting machine, its function is to cut the fresh edible betel nut which have been preserved well into two halves of the basically identical, size and shape. Automatic cutting machine mainly include the transmission parts, cutting parts,and drive control parts. Transmission part uses the chain-plank conveyer. Cutting place side by side with four knife,it could make cutting betel nut much more effecient. The whole cutting parts installed on gantry bearing.,and link with transmission parts through gantry bearing connection with conveyer.This design abandon the automatic sorting system used in the variety of past failures of seed cutting machine, adopted by the use of artificial to put betel nut,it can not only overcome the accumulation of betel nut brought their own gelatin that caused the riving entrances blocked and lead to the machine unable to function properly,at the same time can also on the basis of ensuring that betel nut can be put a good place by wokers,make the machine structure is more simple. Automatic cutting machine driven by two sets of equipment, respectively to drive transmission parts and cutting parts,by the switches installed in the transmission parts and cutting parts to control the start-stop of conveyor and cutting knife and limit upper and lower of cutting knife.The whole machine’s driven and detection is controlled by controller,through setting and debugging various parameters of time,displacement,speed and so on,finally reached the heig degree of coordination of the cutting parts and transmission parts in the movement form. This design has simple structure, small footprint, high production efficiency, the operation is simple,safe and accessible, and conforms to food hygiene safety,,suitable for large quantities of edible betel nut production,processing and requirements.
