| The rational selection of cutting tool and cutting parameters has an important influence on production cost, efficiency and quality in mechanical machining process design. Traditionally obtaining tools and cutting parameters based on empirical data and consult the manual often makes the product production efficiency low and the processing cost on the high side. This article is in the support of national science and technology major special issue of the important parts of the head turning and milling machine center processing technology research (2011ZX04002-111-05).In this paper the author will build a typical parts-efficient-cutting database for typical body parts, to solve the technology problems of enterprise typical box part processing, to improve the level of enterprise technology and technological innovation ability, to promote enterprise product research and development and industrialization.First of all this paper analyzed the technical requirements and machining process of body parts, determines the design of machining process route of this paper aimed at the research target of typical heavy machine body parts, and determines the choice of processing method aimed at the plane and hole of the main processing features in body parts. According to the process analysis of body parts, this paper clears the requirements and establishes data structure for efficient cutting database system of typical body parts in heavy machine, based on which the paper presents the function frame structure of the system.It is very important to select cutting tools reasonably and correctly in machining, which relates to surface quality, costs and efficiency of parts processing. This system summarizes the experience of the cutting manual, expert knowledge and the experience of field workers on cutter choice, summarizes the knowledge which are stored in the repository in the form of the data and designs cutting tool optimization selection system. Primary tool selection selects the appropriate tool from the cutting tool library adopting the rule reasoning technology according to the user’s choice of workpiece material, cutting tool manufacturer, cutting methods and processing requirements, and eventually gives the needed cutting tools combining with the optimization target.This paper put forward the concrete implementation methods of case reasoning in cutting process, summarizes machining examples of typical body parts of heavy machine, gives methods of instance similarity calculation, and instantiates the long-term experience accumulation in machining factory to provide reference projects for the new process problem which could be extended to the instance library as a new one to improve the solving skills in case reasoning problem.Aiming at the lack of database technology support in heavy box parts processing, efficient cutting database constructed by analyzing the specific processing technology issues of process site could provide reasonable cutting tool, cutting parameters and machine data for enterprise which has a certain practical value. |
