Design Of Weighing Type Petroleum Well Automatic Control Metering Device

Measuring oil well production accurately and timely plays an important guiding role,in identifying the production situation and making a reasonable production plan.But currently,the oil well type is complicated in China,and the existing technology cannot be totally solved the accurate metering problems of oil well outputs.Under the investigation of the oilfield oil metering methods and comparison the adaptability of different metering technology of all of the worlds,this thesis studied and developed a set of weighing type oil well automatic control metering device base on MSP430 as the main controller.The automatic metering device is mainly composed of MSP430F149 MCU,power supply module,weighing sensor module,LCD liquid crystal display module,485 communications module,optical coupling isolation relay module,solenoid valve for pipe controlling,external variable-frequency controller,oil circulation pump control module,and oil storage and weighing devices,etc.After the finish of the laboratory design,integrated assembling,control software programming and test processes,it is proved that this device can be real-time,accurate automatic metering and show the amount of production per unit time of the oil well with the open and close of two solenoid valves by MSP430F149 MCU,and can also ensure a steady production process.On the design processes,A 485 communications module between the MCU and variable-frequency controller was been added on the automatic metering device.According to the real time data of oil outputs per unit time as the device is in operation,the MCU can be automatically measure the work efficiency of the pumping unit.Meanwhile,the MCU can automatically adjust the output frequency of variable-frequency controller to make the pumping unit always work under the reasonable working frequency,and make the pumping unit of frequency and size of oil well output coordination operation,finally realize saving energy and reducing consumption in the process of production.The researched weighing type oil well automatic metering device and its control scheme in this thesis has high automation level,reliable measurement data and obvious energy saving and consumption reduction.It can be applied to the application of production of all kinds of small,low yield,intermittent oil wells in our country.And this device and research method has broad application prospects for the second development in old oilfield,saving energy and reducing consumption fields.
