Mine ventilation system is used as a part of mine production, its superiority determines whether the mine can product normal and orderly. There were two air return system in the existing ventilation system of the Lao-chang Tin ore district. While the return air of the mid of Qi-beishan air return roadway is large and the section area is small. By metal mining safety regulations in non-metallic mineral dedicated return air shaft wind speed limit, the maximum amount of ventilation of the mine was now much smaller than mine production to meet the required amount of wind, so we needed to optimize the transformation for the Lao-chang district tin mine ventilation system.In this paper, after a large number of relevant literature review, combined with the actual situation of the Lao-chang Tin ore district ventilation system, two ventilating system improvement direction was put forward:One was to expand the Beishan return air brush which restricted the ability of ventilation roadway, two was to build a new ground connection mine ventilation shaft in the right location. And the transformation of two kinds of ventilation system were related to the problem of optimal section of roadway, to minimize the impact on the existing mine production and consider the influence of the main part of ventilation pressure loss. In the mine ventilation system, the return air concentrated with air volume of roadway portion was considered only.Based on the transformation direction two ventilation system, combined with the characteristics of mine ventilation system, ventilation system for multistage fan station was established multiply. Some reasonable, feasible for mine ventilation systems was proposed under the help of the3Dvent ventilation analysis software, optimizes the main fans operating point according the fans library in the3Dvent ventilation analysis software, and gives a scheme of ventilation network calculation solution. Finally, according to results of previous studies and the characteristics of the mine established a more scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system of ventilation systems, combining AHP and entropy Technology to empower each index value, and then use scoring method to choose the most optimal ventilation system.By studying the status of the Lao-chang Tin ore district ventilation system and a number of related documents, the direction of the transformation of ventilation system was proposed. The optimal ventilation system was selected in the given solutions of multiple ventilation. The practical work of mine was guided and some economic benefits was brought. At the same time a reference for other optimization of mine ventilation system was also provided.
