In order to detect the potential safety hazards in the mine ventilation system as soon as possible and ensure the perfect and reasonable operation of the ventilation system,the optimization and transformation of the ventilation system are carried out in the mine where the ventilation is difficult and the ventilation conditions can not be improved through internal adjustment.The optimization and evaluation of the various transformation schemes are carried out.Finally,the mine ventilation system can achieve the goal of safe,efficient and economic operation.Based on this,this study consulted a large number of relevant literature.This thesis lists the relevant methods of optimization research,index system research,weight determination research and evaluation method research of ventilation system by scholars at home and abroad.The method of weighted rank sum ratio(RSR)is proposed to evaluate and analyze the ventilation system improvement scheme of Fenghuangshan mine.Firstly,the evaluation model of Fenghuangshan Coal Mine is built with 13 quantitative indicators.In the process of building,the overall ventilation condition,local ventilation condition and economic rationality of the ventilation system should be considered.The weight of each index is calculated by the optimal combination method of the sum of squares of deviations,which combines subjective and objective factors.The selected indexes are evaluated objectively or subjectively,so as to reduce the randomness of empowerment and make the index system more suitable to the actual situation.Secondly,through in-depth analysis of Fenghuangshan ventilation system from five aspects,it is found that the main causes of the drawbacks of Fenghuangshan mine ventilation system are unreasonable production layout due to exhaustion of resources,a large amount of air in one wing of the ventilation system wastes a large amount of air in one wing of the area,and insufficient air in the other wing,which can not meet the safety,efficiency and intensive production concept of the mine Optimize and adjust;Finally,the scheme is simulated by the self-developed intelligent decision support system for mine ventilation,and the basic data of quantitative calculation of indicators in each scheme are obtained,which plays an auxiliary role in determining the final scheme,and can also predict the change of air volume of main fan and main roadway in advance,so as to ensure the intrinsic safety of mine ventilation system.The weighted RSR method is used to calculate the quantitative indicators of each scheme,and the evaluation of each scheme is carried out to determine the optimal scheme.The result of field application test shows that the scheme has a remarkable effect in practice.The safety and stability of mine ventilation system are obviously improved.Intensive mine production has been realized.The production efficiency,production benefit and economic benefit are improved.The feasibility and universality of using weighted rank sum ratio(RSR)to optimize the rectification scheme are proved.It provides a new idea for optimizing and optimizing the renovation scheme of mine ventilation system.This thesis has 5 figures,17 tables and 81 references.
