Research On Standardized Management Of Bidding For Construction Of Oil Depot

With the establishment of China’s market economy and improvement, contracting and bidding material serves to implement the project has become a major form in the construction project. Bidding is a common form of the current world’s project procurement, and by bidding proved which proves an effective means of smooth implementation in the construction project. The current domestic projects bidding has been initially established in China, and has become the domestic market to promote the economic development of the important factors that regulate the means and methods and resources, and is good for the domestic market economic system and continuously push forward the reform of investment and improvement. So it will be the important development direction of project management in the future.Bidding tender and bidding contains two processes, the relations between the two processes are interdependent and mutually reinforcing. The bidding has the characteristics of fair, open and other characteristics, which has an important significance for the promotion of domestic construction project management quality, and could avoid the economy corruption. However, because of the bidding development in China is not yet mature, which needs a lot of improvement and perfection of the economic department nowadays. So the degree of project bidding management and improvement should be strengthened standardized in the future. In this thesis, the bidding standardized management of Chengdu A depot renovation project carried out is studied and analysis.Firstly, the basic theory of bidding standardized management involved in the study work were collected and analysis, including the basic concepts of the bidding system, the theoretical basis and the standardization of bidding in China’s development status quo and problems. On this basis, this thesis discusses the bidding renovation problems in the projects of Chengdu A depot. Then, this thesis designed the Chengdu A depot renovation project management project bidding standardized system from the basic objective of bidding management, principles to follow, organizations establish, assign responsibilities, and workflow design, etc. And at the same time, the implementation of project bidding standardized management system was discussed from various angles in this thesis. Finally, this thesis gives the corresponding recommendations from the point of strengthening organizational leadership, attention to institutional constraints, strengthen human resources team building and improve employee incentive mechanism, etc.
