In this paper, the grafted of hydrogen silicone oil modified and binding experiment were carried out on the amphoteric polysiloxane linen soft finishing agent, and studied on the applixation performance.Through the analysis of large amounts of data and repeated experiments, because the grafted of linen fibers modified with the organic special molecular structure, it can give the fabric a unique softness effect, so finishing the fabric has a smooth and plump hand, so this esperiment has certain fesibility. With methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid dimethyl amino ethyl ester and hydrogen silicone oil as reantion raw material, phenothiazine as inhibitor, chloplatinie acid as catalyst, in the reaction of nitrogen as protective gas conditions.By methyl methacrylate(mma) and methacrylic acid dimethyl amino ethyl ester containing hydrogen silicone oil respectively(Poly methyl hydrogen siloxane) silicon hydrogen addition reaction, to preparate amphoteric silicone softener, which uses the orthogonal experiment the optimum reaction conditions of silicon hydrogen addition: Reaction temperature is 120℃, The dosage of catalyst is 70 ppm, Material ratio is 1.4, Reaction time is 32 h.Experimental use of two non-ionic surface-active agent: Emulsifier S-80(HLB value is 4.3) and an emulsifier T-80(HLB value is 15) were compounded, and then amphoteric silicone softeners, and the use of orthogonal experiments emulsified optimum conditions: Emulsofying temperature is 45℃, Composite emulsifier is 26%, Emulsifying time is 2.5h, The amphoteric silicone oil is 30%.This article studies the application of amphoteric silicone oil, and testes amphoteric silicone oil the whiteness of linen, yarn tensile strength, water absorption, softness and makes SEM observation. The change of surface appearance of before and after the modified of linen fiber was carried out by scanning electron microscope, in appearance this change showed that, the modified linen fiber has a smooth. At the same time, silicon hydrogen addition reaction products for IR and 1HNMR analysis, the results showed that, the modified groups were grafted successfully, by amphoteric silicone oil finishing linen fabric has good flexibility.
