Horizontal servo cylinder, a key link of driving bar group of the hydraulic rolling-cut shear mechanism, directly decides the ability of the whole machine to cut steel plate.For horizontal installation, however, servo cylinder is under eccentric load while steel plate is being cutted.Eccentric load results in eccentric wear of kinematic pairs in cylinder to bring such negative consequences as great internal leakage, seal wearing and underpower, which finally threatens service life and reliability of servo cylinder.Aiming at these problems, this paper, to guarantee cutting quality and accuracy, takes hydraulic rolling-cut shear as research object, studies how to effectively reduce eccentric load and makes full use of advantages in blocking simulation of MATLAB/Simulink to quantitatively research on key parameters which refers to eccentric load. Detailed research work is summarized as followed:(1)Based on the Assure Groups Theory,the paper decomposes intricate hydraulic roling-cut shearing mechanism into common basic bar group including driving bar group——research object of this paper.(2)According to actual characteristics of force received by servo cylinder when steel plate is being cutted, it is developed that the causes of eccentric load and the scheme to weaken it.(3) For every link, force analysis is conducted in the complex plane to deduce matrtix form of dynamics mathematic model.Based on MATLAB/Simulink, we wrote m files to solve out dynamics mathematic model and built dynamics simulation model to simulate for getting dynamics curves of forces received by each kinetic pair. In contrast, simulation is tried again after changing initial conditions. Finally, some key parameters are found out to control eccentric load.Servo cylinder is introduced into basic bar group to build its mathematic model based on claasic mechanism dynamics theory, which provides a new ideal to analyse inner force received by servo cylinder. Comprehensively considering translational and rotational inertias,the paper refines physical models of all links to make dynamics mathematic model more credible.Calculated datas,provided by compute simulation, give vital reference to design some key links.The datas include real time dynamics curves of eccentric load and forces received by other kinematic pairs,...
