In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese industry,more and more industrial emissions and automobile exhaust emissions discharge into the atmosphere,which has led to serious air pollution.There is a kind of pollution called dust pollutionin the atmosphere. Dust pollution is very serious in our country. People need an effective purification scheme to remove the dust in the air.In the process of sedimentation on dust pollution,what is hard to remove is Particulate Matter2.5(PM2.5).This dust is small size,light weight,and it can be suspended in the air.It is difficult to capture and degrade by human beings.People have done a lot of research on it and put forward a lot of dust reduction scheme.Based on the former research,we put forward a way which uses high pressure watersprayto remove dust.Compared with the traditional water spray duster,we use high pressure water,which can make the water spray charged.The spray will have stronger ability to capture fine dust.Under high pressure,water particles diameter will be smaller.All of this will has positive effects for fine dust capture.This paper will study the subject in the following aspects:The paper explains the seriousness of the atmospheric pollution and its harm to human beings,which highlights positive role of the paper.The paper is mainly aimed at figuring out the relationship between the pressure and the dust removal efficiency.Firstly,through the research on the number of water particle fragmentation,water final crushing diameter,output speed and spray pressure,this paper statesthe influence of hydraulic pressure on fine dust capture efficiency of the equipment.Secondly, The paper verified the relations between spray pressure and spray output speed by FLUENT.Through the analysis of the influence on the size of water spray particle diameter and the diameter of the dust particles on the removal of fine dust,the best water pressure is found out.Finally the paper explains the condensation of high pressure water sprayand electrostatic interaction and illustrates the advantages of high pressure water mist,which fully verified the necessity of using high pressure on the equipment,and it laid the foundation for the selection of design scheme.The paper analyzed the mechanism of water spray removal and illuminated the role ofwater spray in the process of dust removal,which theoretically comfirmed the feasibility of high pressure water spray dust removal and provided theory support for the project.We designed the structure of equipment,figured out the process of dust removal and analyzed every component of the equipment.Through calculation,the appropriate pump and motor were selected and the appropriate accessories were chosen.We have done the experiment under the condition of different nozzle diameter and water pressure and verified the correctness of the above items.Besides, we tested whether the dust removal efficiency is to meet the design requirement or not.Finally,we analyzed the experimental results,put forward the improvement scheme of thee quipment and prepared for the improvement of the equipment.
