Jintan gas storage is the first built salt cavern gas storage in China, which major role this season is to solve the imbalance of gas peaking problem caused by the climate and the emergency supply problem caused by the long-distance pipeline accident fault. To understand the working conditions of gas pipeline network during the gas production process and provide the basis for on-site operations, in this paper, we had the aid of TGNET software to operate Steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation on Jintan gas storage’s mining pipeline network.According to the software-based parameters needed, the Reynolds, wall roughness, gas source’parameters were calculated. Conducted carding to the theoretical foundation of software, and built a network model in line with the actual operation. To determine the real gas equation of the most appropriate model, Three gas equations commonly used to steady-state simulation, using software inverse, come to the most appropriate equation.According to research the storage capacity, peaking capacity, leakage effects, gas supply interruptions of the mining pipeline network, based on steady-state simulations were dynamic simulation. Concluded what is the maximum steady-state through capacity, where is the gas centralized in the pipeline network, and what are the parameters that affect gas pipeline capacity. Made the best season peaking programs throughout the year, Determined the emergency days to peaking accident conditions, Predicted the long-term peaking capacity of gas storage, analyzed the impact of the operating conditions of the leak on the pipe network and the impact of the leak location on the whole peaking work. Analyzed the changing conditions of gas supply interruption, and proposed recovery measures in gas supply interruption.According to the steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation of the gas storage’s mining pipeline network, inaddition, the analysis of changes in conditions, and then draw conclusions and make recommendations for further research in future.
