Since 1975, Italy TIMA International Textile Machinery Exhibition was born the first computer knitting machine, less than 40 years later, each knitting machine manufacturer in research and development of computerized flat knitting machine innovates continuously,which greatly promoted the development of knitting industry. As a leader in computerized flat knitting machine research and development institutions, STOLL company acquired achievement in computerized flat knitting machine research is obvious to all field, and constantly improve the flower type of auxiliary systems and computerized flat knitting machines can accommodate more knitting requirements.Before, the most common knitting once-forming weaving in the market are mainly socks,gloves, hats, jackets, pants, which are traditional knitted apparel products. Due to the escalating of equipment and software to meet more knitting requirements, recent years, many organizations have not only limited to the production of these traditional knitted apparel goods. More and more research institutions have begun to explore the application of computer flat knitting machine technology in industrial areas. For exploning, the use of different materials by computer fiat knitting machine produce a certain three-dimensional structure knitting member, fabric member can be widely used in industry areas, such as automotive,construction, medical, protection, noise and other aspects.At present, the domestic textile industry is developing rapidly, although many domestic computerized flat knitting machine manufacturers are actively introducing and absorbing advanced foreign technology. But knitting principle and product design methods of imported equipment and supporting software do not fully comprehend. Process design levels have a big gap the advanced countries, especially achievements in flat machine knitting technology research are rare.The topic mainly researches STOLL flat knitting machine molding weaving, first induction computerized flat knitting machine knitting concept, and then analyses the traditional costume molding process, from local to detail, organization pattern and other aspects to analyze elements of traditional forming process in design. Further researchingSTOLL computerized flat knitting machine knitting process and discussion process principle and molding method of STOLL knitting machine three-dimensional molding technology.From the organizational structure, such as circle, tuck, shifting circle, floating line, pick holes,stop, turn needle, retractable needles and other aspects to analyze weaving and flower design,to solve some weaving process problem of traditional molding technology on computerized flat knitting machine. Finally, based on the summary of the traditional molding process, from three-dimensional structure, plane development, process calculation, weaving method of forming fabric setting to explore the computer flat knitting machine industrial molding techniques, weaving a three-dimensional forming fabric.Based on weaving instance, examine the advantages of applications of computerized flat knitting machine in molding knitting industry. By studying this topic, hoping to play a guiding role for three-dimensional modeling product design and development, provide some basis for computer flat knitting machine molding weaving study.
