In the past few years,new computerized flat knitting machines with high technology are still attractive on the domestic and international textile machinery exhibition.The whole garment computerized flat knitting machines and high-speed computerized flat knitting machines are still occupied by foreign manufacturers,whether they are in innovation or technology."Made in China 2025" put forward the emphasis on development of the high-end textile machinery equipment,and we must adhere to the innovation-driven,in order to make China's textile machinery manufacturing country become a great manufacturing power.Therefore,the domestic industry are striving for independent innovation,and research and develop for domestic computerized flat knitting machines.In recent years,sewing-up of knitted products has become the most intractable problems for the enterprise,and thus the industries are eager to explore and solve the issue in order to improve the productivity of knitted products under the labor shortage and high cost.So in this environment,the implementation of China's manufacturing 2025,the domestic high-end computerized flat knitting machines and intellectualization are imminent.1 every 1 row of knitting are adopted to knit full-shaped knitted garments on current domestic three-position computerized flat knitting machines.Five-function computerized flat knitting machine was exhibited at June 2015 the Shanghai textile machinery exhibition.Although knitted fabric patterns has been more than 10 times than those of three-position computerized flat knitting machines,1 every 1 row of knitting needles have not been in-depth studied on development of knitwear.So this topic proposes concept of three-dimensional fabrics on two-bed five-position computer flat knitting machine,which makes a distinction the concept of knitwear at home and abroad.On the other hand,five-position computer flat knitting machine has not been put into production a lot.The results of the research and analysis are that five-position knitting race way is not enough optimal,and the obstruction caused by knitting needle structure is more large.What's more,the speed of five-position computer flat knitting machine is so low,only 0.6m/s.Above that,the research on cam structure of three-dimensional computerized flat knitting machine is proposed.The main task of research about cam structure is that gray goods with some shape need little not even need to be sew to the desired product.That is to say,sewing-up process minimize under the premise of reducing labor costs,making knitted products more comfortable,fit and beautiful.This subject is supported by our own intellectual property five-position knitting technology.Firstly,the subject analyzed and researched on the five-position knitting principles and the needle movement track,and combined with the real picture,five-position basic organizational characteristics were analyzed,which would provide a reference for the development of knitted stitches.Secondly,Considering the force characteristics between cam structure and needles,a simplified proper mathematical model was established to optimize cam structure.And the structure and function of the main cam were studied,which provided a theoretical basis for cam structure research.Thirdly,some knitting cam of five-position computerized flat knitting machines were optimized.Theoretically,under the condition of the same knitting function unchanged,the stability of the whole cam structure was optimized and the cam structure had been improved.Finally,the original computerized flat knitting machine needle bed added the auxiliary traction mechanism—presser foot devices,which would provide more reliable guarantee for three-dimensional knitting.On this basis,it described the five-position three-dimensional pattern samples.At the same time,based on double needle beds,the three-dimensional knitting process was investigated.It acts as a guide domestic knitwear computerized flat knitting machine and design and development of whole garment.60 figures,and 129 references.
