Study On Evaluation Of Land Ecological Security Of Hydropower Station Based On PSR Model

With the development of social economy, land ecological environment and land ecological security has become the hot topics in the study of people, water and electricity is one of the pillar industry of yunnan, hydropower project construction to promote economic and social development, at the same time, Inevitably destroy the land ecological environment. Fully understanding the influence of hydropower station construction on land ecological security contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of hydropower industry. This article selects the lancang river ManWan hydropower station as an example, through the analysis of land ecological environment condition before and after the power station construction, build the evaluation model, carry out land ecological security evaluation, provide the basis to land ecological security construction of yunnan large and medium-sized hydropower project.In this paper, first of all, on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign related research, according to the pressure-state-response [PSR] model, to build the system of hydropower station land ecological security evaluation, through the establishment of indicator system, the threshold method is adopted to dimensionless processing of indicator, the entropy weight method to determine index weight, according to the comprehensive index method to calculate the land ecological security index. Secondly, through the change of the respect such as social economy, land use,soil erosion, geological hazards and so on, analysis of land ecological environment change before and after the construction of ManWan hydropower station. Finally, evaluation the land ecological security of ManWan hydropower station,first using towns as evaluation unit, evaluation the land ecological security of ManWan hydropower station in 1997 and 2009, concluded that seven of the township (town) of land ecological security all have different degrees of improvement, the comprehensive index is rising, two townships is on the decline, land ecological security status deterioration by the safer for early warning state; Based on this, to evaluate land ecological security of ManWan hydropower station in 2009 by the unit of the village, concluded that most of the area draw close to the lancang river, on either side of the ManWan hydropower station in the safety and the safer status, which is located in the southwest, north and northeast region of the study area in early warning and alarm status; According to the evaluation results, put relevant suggestions to the land ecological environment problems of ManWan hydropower station, and further summarize countermeasures to the land ecological security construction of large and medium-sized hydropower project.
