In this study,we use the hops as experimental materials, comprehensively use the technology of pharmaceutical tablets, finally, prepared the hop tablets. Through the establishment of appropriate quality standards,and analyzed hops tablet functionality,thus providing an experimental basis for the production.Main conclusions are as follows:(1) Use composite score as indexes,single factor and response surface were used to determine optimal conditions for preparing tablets. Determining the preparation crafts of hop tablets is: make microcrystalline cellulose: maltodextrin: lactose 1: 1: 2 ratio of 38.80% was mixed with hops particles and 0.97 mL /100 g of 7.5% PVP solution evenly,granulated through a 20 mesh sieve, then add 4.17% magnesium stearate, tabletting after 16.03% of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 2% citric acid and 3% sodium cyclamate mix. Validation tests showed the reproducibility of the preparation process was good,stable and feasible.(2) By testing hop tablets weight difference,hardness,disintegration,friability,microorganisms and other indicators, the results show that the indicators are in line with the "Chinese pharmacopoeia" 2010 edition’s provision. Using high performance liquid chromatography to determination the content of xanthohumol, the research results show that fulvic phenol content(mg/tablet) with an average of 0.3733 mg. In high temperature,high humidity and accelerated stability test,the indicators of hop tablets have no significant change, the stability was good.(3) Through continuous feeding high fat forage four weeks to build rats hyperlipidemia model, the weight of rats increased significantly(P<0.01), TG, TC content were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P <0.01). To rats by gastric gavage hops tablet solution, for 5 weeks after each dose group of fatty word impacts caused by hyperlipidemia, can make the rat serum TG, TC, the content of MDA, LDL-C and liver coefficient, the fat body ratio coefficient decreased significantly, and can increase the serum HDL-C, LPL, HL,LPS content and increase SOD and GSH-Px activity.This can be determined that within the scope of this experiment dose hops tablet could improve blood lipid metabolism, protect the liver function.(4) Using ovariectomy methods to build premature ovarian failure model, and feeding rats aqueous solution of hop tablets by oral stomach tube.After 12 weeks,each treatment group can impact ovariectomy-induced estrogen deficiency, increase the ovariectomized rat uterus and adrenal gland weight, prevent the uterus and adrenal atrophy. Meantime, make the ovariectomy rats vagina keratin epithelial cells increase, enhance estrogen activity, improve the level of serum E2, and reduce FSH and LH levels.
