Research On Establishment Of Work Safety Standardization In Small And Medium-sized Industry And Trading Enterprises

In recent years, work safety accidents frequently occur in small and medium-sized industry and trading enterprises of China, and even some major and extraordinarily serious accidents occur occasionally. The paper mainly studies how to reach and establish the work safety standardization for small and medium-sized industry and trading enterprises.In this paper, the characteristics of small and medium-sized industry and trading enterprises are analyzed through literature review and site investigation. Then it studies the standard, evaluation methods, and evaluation procedures in the process of safety standardization establishment. In establishing the safety standardization for industry and trading enterprises, all evaluation elements are integrated with the actual situations of small and medium-sized industry and trading enterprises. According to requirements for the work safety standardization review standards and related laws and regulations, potential safety hazards are examined in work facility of enterprises and nonconformity in the safety management is also checked for improvement and further requirements. Then enterprises implement the corrective action to improve the underlying safety level.In this paper, the grain processing company is used as an example to study the safety guidelines, the target and organization guarantee of the safety work in industry and trading enterprises so that enterprises can achieve the standardization in the safety guidelines, the target and organization guarantee of the safety work, as well as in the safety management organization. Besides, the paper discusses specific requirements involved in the preparation of enterprise emergency responses, enterprise accidents, accident report, investigation, and analysis etc by citing the example of the food processing company. Moreover, the construction material enterprise is used to study the system, method, means and content of the safety education, and the machining enterprise is also studied in its work technique, work equipment and working site in order to find out their deficiency so that technical measures and management measures related to safety work can be raised for the safety management of the working scene in industry and trading businesses. The paper not only studies factors for work safety of industry and trading businesses including safety investment, safety technology, employment injury insurance, enterprise safety check, performance measurement & assessment, and continuous improvement but also raises specific requests for establishing the standard by citing the example of the food company. And in the study of the color printing packing company in this paper, occupational hazard factors are investigated, analyzed, and evaluated; meanwhile, prevention measures for occupational diseases and suggestions on occupational health management are raised to solve corresponding problems to meet the standardization of occupational health management in enterprises.The author of this paper helps the small and medium sized industry and trading enterprises in the field of industry and trading mentioned above with consulting and guidance in the process of the work safety standardization in managing to get the certificate of work safety standardization---grade III, and the level of work safety has been greatly improved in these enterprises.
