Research On Establishment Of Safety Standardization In Small And Medium-sized Metal Non-metal Underground Mine

Establishment of safety standardization in metal and nonmetal mines is an importantmethod for implementing responsibility of safety production subject, urging producers toprevent and control accident risk and upgrading safety management. This paper is based oninvestigation of small and medium mines in China and work of safety standardizationevaluation in XL phosphorous mine.The paper is mainly about characteristics, standard andmethods of safety standardization evaluation, analysis of hazardous and harmful factors,regulation and methods of safety management, safety culture establishment and eachdiscuss of factors of safety standardization review. It works out the main hazardous andharmful factors in small and medium metal and nonmetal mines. Additionally, it suggestssome efficient management approaches, such as management by objectives, safetychecklist management,“5S management”,“the three simultaneousness” principle and “BaiGuozhou team management method. Safety culture establishment of small and mediummines is takes aim at one center, two key points, three convictions and fouraccomplishment. Taking XL phosphorous mine as an example, the paper finished researchon fourteen facors of safety standardization in small and medium metal and nonmetalmines. XL phosphorous mine has reached the secondary standard of safety standardization.
