The lifting mechanism is a working device for dump the kitchen waste into the biodiesel kitchen garbage collecting vehicle’s body, which is the one of the most important parts for the body. Due to poor working conditions and high reliability requirements of the lifting mechanism, all research and development need to around stability and anti-interference performance, which is the premise to normal work of the kitchen garbage collecting vehicle. The research of lifting mechanism in our country is progress slow, and the core technologies almost need to import foreign technologies. So, this paper turned to the study of the key technologies for lifting mechanism which include mechanical structure design,kinematics and dynamics simulation and control system design.Firstly, the linkage lifting mechanism was selected as suitable to kitchen garbage collecting vehicle through comparison of lifting mechanism structures. Secondly introduced related to the mathematical theory of four bar linkage mechanism. This helps in convert the research of the lifting mechanism’s mechanical structure design into the study of four bar linkage mechanism. Finally, the lifting mechanism’s mechanical structure was analyzed with kinematics and dynamics.The application of simulation techniques in mechanical engineering field is an important aspect about the development of computer technology. This paper introduce relates to ADAMS, which is a virtual prototype software, and SolidWorks, which is a 3D modeling software, establish the three-dimensional entity model of the lifting mechanism. Modify of model’s property and settings of constraint and loading after generate the virtual prototype model in ADAMS. The virtual prototype model is parameterized and optimized according to the simulation result of kinematics and dynamics. This optimization method which based on the model of virtual prototype has general applicability to the optimal research ofmechanical engineering.Besides, this paper choosePLC for the design of the lifting mechanism’scontrol systemby introduced and comparedseveral kinds of control mode, which is typical in the field of modern industrial control, such as programmable logic controller control, single-chip control, relay control and industrial personal computer and so on. Secondly, design the hardware system of control system by requirements analysis. Finally, this paper has finished the design of the lifting mechanism’s control system after designed the software system.Research onthe key technologies of lifting mechanismfor biodiesel kitchen garbage collecting vehiclein this paperhas the very good guidance significancein the field of mechanical structure design, application of computer simulation technology and modern control technology research for engineering machinery.
