| Vehicle emission is the main cause of urban air quality decline. The improvement and rectification of motor vehicle exhaust is an important measure for improving air quality and protecting environment of big cities. According to "the people’s Republic of China Environmental Protection Law", "the people’s Republic of China Air Pollution Prevention Law", the country has carried out the scale management of motor vehicle exhaust emission. Motor vehicle exhaust pollution prevention and control work will extend from big cities to small cities. The pollution control object will also be extended from the road vehicle to non-road vehicles. And the management measures will also be extended from scrap car and yellow label car to new car and second-rate car. The management measures will be strengthened gradually to control the whole process.In this thesis, the working condition of monitoring department of engine exhaust gas is analyzed. And the current situation of exhaust pollution prevention and control work are surveyed. The demand analysis of engine exhaust pollution management information system is given. The framework and function models are established on the basis of demand analysis. The related functional block diagram and flow chart of the system are designed.The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the background and significance of this topic, research status at home and abroad, the main content and structure arrangement of this paper are introduced. The second chapter introduces the related technology of system design, including MIS system, MFC and database technology, the exhaust pollution and detection technology. The third chapter is the overall design of the whole system, including the goals and principles, the overall system design, system function module design of the system. The fourth chapter is the detailed design of the system function module, the chapter takes the checkpoint module as an example, introduces the detailed design of the module. The fifth chapter is the system implementation, including the work flow design, system implementation environment, users of the system management interface. The last part is the summary, summarizes the research contents of this paper, and the existing problems.The distributed multi-layer system structure of Client/Server is adopted to form the framework. The COM technology and object-oriented analysis are employed. C++ program language based on MFC is used to develop the monitoring program.For the relevant data during generated in the detection process, the system is provided with the functions of input, statistics, query, storage and other functions. These data can provide accurate, timely, efficient information for the improvement and rectification of motor vehicle exhaust. |
