With the fast growth of vehicle quantity in Lanzhou, the pollutant exhausted by vehiclesshare more and more portion in the urban atmosphere contaminant, and the vehicle hasalready become one of key pollution source in the urban atmosphere pollution. The paperbased on consulting domestic and foreign study results about vehicle discharge condition, through detailed investigating about vehicle quantity, magnitude of traffic flow on main road, vehicle type proportion and energy service condition, combined with present situation ofLanzhou, proposed the numerical procedure about the sharing rate of vehicle emission inLanzhou atmosphere pollution, calculated the discharge amount and sharing rate of CO、NOX、HC、SO2、PM10from2004to2010respectively, analyzed the relations between vehicleemission discharge condition and the traffic conditions in Lanzhou, the pollutant dischargedcondition of different vehicle type and main road section, and estimated the transit dischargecondition of transited vehicle. The result indicates that:(1) CO exhausted by vehicle has already become in the key pollution source of CO inLanzhou. The total discharge amount of CO、NOX、HC、SO2and PM10exhausted by vehiclerespectively was306,800tons,25,200tons,27,100tons,2,500tons,1,000tons, and thesharing rate of them respectively achieves95.11%,35.75%and3.52%.(2) Among the various vehicle types, the CO sharing rate of gasoline cars is the biggest, which accounts for89.68%; the next is the motorcycles, which accounts for4.71%, mini-carsand medium-sized gasoline vehicles account for1.91%and1.74%respectively. These fourkinds of vehicles altogether account for98.04%, which are the key pollution source of CO.Among the various vehicle types, the NOXsharing rate of gasoline cars is the highest, whichaccounts for53.91%, the next is the heavy-duty diesel vehicles, which accounts for29.03%,the medium-sized diesel cars are6.58%. These three types of vehicle altogether account for89.52%, which are the key pollution source of NOX. Among the various vehicle types, theSO2sharing rate of light-duty diesel vehicles is the highest, which accounts for50.32%, thenext is the gasoline cars, which accounts for20.60%, the medium-sized diesel cars are10.89%. These three types of vehicle altogether account for81.81%, which are the keypollution source of SO2.As to HC discharge condition, the total discharge amount of theemissions of gasoline cars, motorcycles and heavy-duty diesel vehicles is93.19%, whichbecome the key pollution source. As to PM10discharge condition, the total discharge amountof the emissions of diesel light vehicles, medium-sized diesel vehicles and heavy-duty dieselvehicle emissions is96.07%, which become the key pollution source. (3) The total discharge amount of CO, NOXand HC exhausted by transited vehiclerespectively is93,600,10,100and6500tons, and the portion of them is30.51%,40.08%and23.99%.(4) The total length of18roads, namely is South Riverside East Road, South RiversideWest Road, Xijin West Road, North Riverside Road, Tianshui Road and so on, only shares12.58%of the total road length of Lanzhou, but the proportion of CO, NOXand HC achieves42.47%,47.35%,42.60%respectively.(5) Through the air quality and various influence factors that the grey relational analysisof influencing factors has a certain impact on the atmospheric environment in Lanzhou City. The paper obtains above data through the combination of investigation, field monitoringand pattern computation. According to these data, the paper analyzes the influence of vehicleemission on Lanzhou atmospheric environment, and then propose the vehicle emissionpollution control countermeasures in ten aspects, namely strengthening source management, yellow marked the car limit line, improving road capacity, improving the road networkinfrastructure, controlling of motor vehicle emissions, motor vehicle environmentalmanagement, improving the quality of the fuel (gas), technical support and capacity building, the promotion of public participation and public education.
