This controlling plan improve the operation efficiency of units, decrease the cost of energy, make the compressor more stable, and also increase the quality of production, simplify maintenance.This thesis analysis the surge characterizes of localization ethylene compressor. Beacause of the complicate machining process, designing, machining and logic, ethylene compressor depended on import for a long time. This thesis is based on an ethylene plant which process package is imported, because of the special characterizes and the surge line, the anti-surge system is different from the other compressors. This thesis analyses the parameter of the compressor, and raise an anti-surge controlling plan. This plan successfully solve the surge problem of compressor, make the compressor more efficiency and safety.This thesis analysis the special logic of turbine barring, this barring cannot influence by inversion of the compressor, so it can also decrease the possibility of surge, it can makes the compressor more stable.The designing of this compressor train’s control system, as the first localization ethylene compressor control, has the epoch-making significance. the ideas of control and logic are both progressive and typical, it’s an important technical reserves for compressor manufacture.
