In this paper,the main work includes the following two aspects:1.Mine electric wheel dump truck vehicle and key components of vibration test and analysis.To carry out the mine electric wheel dump truck vehicle and key parts vibration test scheme design,including the arrangement of measuring points, selection of test conditions, test equipment capacity and so on.To use B&K vibration test system,take test and analysis of electric wheel dump truck cab, front and bottom suspension, engine-powertrain and hydraulic system components in 43 kinds of working conditions.Using seats mean square root value of the measured signal, power spectral density, according to the objective evaluation of the vibration of the cab comfort ISO2631, results show that under certain conditions, the vibration of the cab comfort needs to improve.Through the analysis vibration isolation performance of the system of the vibration of "acceleration method of identification" to the engine- powertrain system and the front suspension,it is concluded that the powertrain rubber damping pad has a good vibration damping performance.The suspension system of reducing vibration are also played a certain.2.Mine electric wheel dump truck key components of stress test and analysis.To carry out the mine electric wheel dump truck vehicle and key components stress test scheme design.Including the selection of measuring-point arrangement, test conditions, the stress test methods selection, stress test the construction of the bridge road, etc.Make use of the Synergy high-speed data acquisition system,take dynamic stress test and analysis on the rear axle and frame in a total of 23 kinds of working conditions.By analyzing the peak stress,to obtain the maximum stress and stress distribution of the working condition.Analysis results show that the vehicles are driven in turn, and start- up to the most speed was under a lot of stress.The analysis results can be used for analysis and evaluation to provide reference and basis of the strength, stiffness, life.
