One of the key technologies in CNC end excircle grinder is the design of the grinding wheel frame, and the spindle and the bearing is the key part of the wheel frame. This paper mainly studies the rigidity of spindle bearing system. The spindle bearing rigidity of the system refers to the ability to resist deformation in grinding force or power function. Rigid is too low, will lead to reduce the grinding productivity, machining accuracy and surface finish, causing direct wave and spiral line defect. To improve the bearing rigidity by increasing oil viscosity and reduced bearing clearance, which decreases the bearing clearance is the most effective way to improve the rigidity of oil film bearing.In this paper, the hydrostatic bearing as the research object, according to the theoretical formula of static performance analysis of hydrostatic bearing, laid the foundation for the follow-up research work. Secondly, fluid analysis of hydrostatic bearing with CFX module fluid mechanics software ANSYS workbench, obtained the hydrostatic bearing of the pressure field and temperature field distribution. Followed by analysis of the fluid- solid coupling, the influence of pressure field and temperature field of the spindle bearing system rigidity, then design improvements. Finally, the dynamic performance of the optimization of spindle bearing system, namely, in considering the pressure and temperature conditions, pre-stressed modal analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of hydrostatic bearing, considering the influence of temperature and pressure on the natural frequency of hydrostatic bearings system, the amplitude frequency characteristics of cloud hydrostatic bearings. Through the analysis of the effect of deformation on the system of the pressure field is very small, so the actual production control of hydrostatic bearing temperature is very important, generally the temperature, and the friction power consumption of spindle rotary pump power consumption and oil pump mechanical and hydraulic loss.
