In this paper,a series of hydroxyl- porphyrin monomer were synthesized。Assisted by surfactant self-assembly and mixed solvent method, we made a variety of different dimensions and morphology three-dimensional structure of nanometer and micron composite hydroxyl porphyrin materials. This series of hydroxyl porphyrin nanomaterials have more excellent optical sensitivity, for building a new type of visual sensor array of detecting gas sensor applications such as pesticide residues have provided the certain basis. The specific research results are as follows.1.Chemical synthesis and nano preparation: By the mixed solvent of surfactant assisted self-assembly method with dimethyl formamide(DMF) and water mixed solvent system,we synthesized 5, 20-tetra 4(4- hydroxy phenyl) porphyrin(THPP) 5, 20-tetra 4(4- hydroxy phenyl) zinc porphyrin(Zn THPP), 5, 20-tetra 4(4- hydroxy phenyl) cobalt porphyrin(Co THPP) nanometer materials.2.The screening of morphology and optical sensitivity :By using a variety of different surfactants such as(polyethylene glycol(peg) 1000, sodium dodecyl sulfate, SDS, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide CTAB)and Changing reaction temperature 20 ℃ and 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50 ℃, 60 ℃, 70 ℃, and the aging time with 10 min, 1 d, 3 d etc,we prepared a variety of nano ball, nanotechnology, nanoparticles, nanowires, and micron mesh, layer upon layer scaly and self-assembled structures and nano materials 。According to the ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum study we found THPP, Zn THPP, Co THPP porphyrin nano material and its corresponding monomers have Soret band splitting, wide peak deformation means that there is both J type and H type. According to the fluorescence spectrum, THPP nano fluorescent quantity rate is about three times as its corresponding monomer THPP. Both considering the spectra and morphology characteristics of hydroxyl orphyrin, we preliminary consume that when using Zn THPP, SDS in 60 ℃ under the condition of static by 3d during the preparation of nanometer materials has the complex threedimensional structure and optical sensitivity.3.Arrays building and test:we made the nanomaterials of porphyrins and other photosensitive dye configuration into sol gel to prepare a sample size of 4 * 4 sensor chip, and the five kinds of pesticide were test by it。The results showed that most of the hydroxyl porphyrin sensor array chip can combine with pesticide by non-specific makes color have changed. RGB values is calculated, and the principal component analysis and cluster analysis model for processing show that the chip on five different pesticides have certain ability respectively, providing to screening for pesticide qualitative detection array sensitive nanomaterials.
