Research And Counter Measure On The Comprehensive Management In Taihu Lake Basin Water Pollution

Water is the source of life and the base of everything.The human survival and the social development are inseparable from the demand for water. Taihu Lake Basin is one of the most economically developed regions, and is known as "a watery town" with so many rivers. However, in recent years, the development of industry,agriculture and the level of urbanization is so fast. The pollution from the industry, agriculture, livelihood, shipping and fishing had a major impact to the environment of Taihu Lake Basin. It is necessary to solve the problem of the water pollution in Taihu Lake Basin, because lack of clean water. Water pollution in Taihu Lake Basin has attracted the attention of the central government. The water of Taihu Lake Basin has become well, but the problem of water pollution does not be solved completely.Why the problem of water pollution can not be solved? I think the reason is the inefficient management especially in legal, institutional, mechanism. So, comprehensive management may solve the problem of water pollution in Taihu Lake Basin.I read many books, journals, e-books before writing. Firstly, I summarize the basic theories and conceptions, evaluate the research of public governance and ecological governance at home and abroad. Secondly, I collect the data and investigation, analyze the cause, the status, the effect of the water pollution in Taihu Lake Basin. Thirdly, I find the problem of the management in Tai Lake Basin water pollution in legal, institutional, mechanism. Finally, I create a model which contains government, enterprises, organizations and citizens.I hope my analysis and suggestions will be useful to the management in Tai Lake Basin water pollution.
