The Study Of The Countermeasures On The Comprehensive Management Of Water Pollution In Daling River Basin

Not only is Daling River the biggest river in the western Liaoning district,but also the river across the provinces.It is the personal experiences for the author to feel the change of the water quantity and quality for living nearby Daling River for many years.In recent years,the water pollution of Daling River has influenced the residents’ life in its basin,which make the management of water pollution be the heated topic from experts to the common men who have their own viewpoints about the measures of the management.This fully shows that the water pollution of Daling River is so serious that it must be treated.Although it plays a certain role in relieving the water pollution through the efforts of local governments in Daling River basin,there is a great gap between relieving partially and controlling thoroughly in that Daling River is across several provinces as previously stated.Based on the related literature researches on water pollution and the author’s life and job experiences in person,the author illustrates the background and significance of the selected topic,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research methods,the framework of the thesis and detailed explanation of related theories firstly.Then the author introduces objective status of water pollution in Daling River basin by first-hand accumulated experience,and analyzes the problems existing in the comprehensive management of water pollution in Daling River basin in detail to find that there are still some deficiencies of the comprehensive management.Finally,the suggestions improving the comprehensive management of water pollution in Daling River basin are given,that is,seeking out the existing problems of water pollution in Daling River basin from the perspective of the whole basin and finding out the measures to carry out the comprehensive management from three aspects of systems,mechanisms and legal systems by means of politics,economics,technology,education and soon.The purpose of the thesis is to offer proposals and countermeasures to the comprehensive management of water pollution in Daling River basin,hoping it brings some references to the management of water pollution in other basins,so that it can guarantee the sustainable development of water resource.
